\Nn — Operation Mode Control
Parameters | 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 |

Selects the operating mode the modem uses while connected (see &Qn command).
Examples
AT\N0 | Selects Normal (speed buffering) mode. This option |
| takes effect at physical connection time. |
AT\N1 | Same as AT\N0. |
AT\N2 | Selects reliable link mode. This defines the modem- |

| connection. If an attempt to establish the reliable |
| link fails, the modem disconnects. |
