1.When the station OGM has not recorded, the following message will be played ; “ I am not able to take your call right now. Please record your message after the beep and hang up or press the # key.

2.The # key is the key located below the ‘9’ key .

Call Pick-Up

This feature allows the user to answer an incoming or intercom call at any extension. This feature is available at DTMF(Tone) extension.

Operation: #

1.Lift the handset. - the dial tone is heard in the receiver.

2.Press # - the call is automatically transferred to the extension picking up the call.

Leaving a message after a call pick-up

After someone picks up the telephone, the call can be connected to your mailbox directly so the caller can leave a message.
