CYCLE DE REFROIDISSEMENT RAPIDE IFR

I.F.R. est un système révolutionnaire breveté de réfrigération rapide positive qui de manière automatique optimise le cycle pour chaque typologie d’aliment en en prévenant sa

congélation superficielle.

Les températures sont relevées grâce à la présence d’une sonde à piquer à trois senseurs (voir page 6, paragraphe “Sonde à coeur”).

Appuyer sur la touche menu/esc pour sélectionner le menu désiré

Utiliser les touches up et down pour afficher

Programmes

Appuyer sur la touche Enter pour confirmer le choix. On affiche

IFR

Esc

Appuyer sur la touche start/stop pour démarrer immédiatement le cycle sélectionné

Remarque:

-au démarrage, le contrôleur se met automatiquement en condition pour le démarrage d’un cycle de refroidissement rapide

IFR il suffit d’appuyer sur la touche pour démarrer immédiatement le cycle.

-à partir du menu principal il est possible de démarrer immédiatement un cycle de refroidissement rapide IFR, en appuyant pendant 5 secondes sur la touche .

-durant le cycle il est possible d’afficher la vitesse des ventilateurs en appuyant sur la touche et en utilisant la touche

de modifier cette valeur.
