Trunking Operations

Subfleet information is included with the frequency list for a Type I system. There are 16 preset fleet maps to choose from, and it is best to start with these when setting up a Type I or hybrid trunk scanning bank.

1. Set the scanner for conventional scanning and press E/PGM, then press TRUNK to select the trunking programming mode and the bank you want to change.

2. Repeatedly press or to select TYPE 1 SYSTEM (E1), then press E/PGM.
