Turning the Power ON/OFF

The section describes the procedure for turning the power ON or OFF.

Turning the Power ON

When the power is turned ON, the CD-4070NW application automatically starts up.

1 Press the power switch on the touch panel.

The power indicator on the center of the document recorder lights green, and the document recorder is turned ON.

2 The Startup screen is displayed, followed by the Main screen.

IMPORTANT

• Do not touch the document recorder or touch panel until the Main screen is displayed.

• If at least 5 seconds have elapsed after turning the power on and the touch panel still remains blank, press the reset switch located at the rear of the toch panel. If after you turn the power back ON again nothing is still displayed, please contact your local authorized Canon dealer.
