Installing drivers and software

This chapter will guide you through the installation of the drivers, software and documentation associated with your BARCO NIO Display System or BARCO E-2320 C Display(s).

Driver and software installation prerequisites

Note: To install or remove the drivers, software, or documentation you must be logged on as a user with administrator privileges.

Your operating system must be installed and running before you can install the driver, software and documentation for the display controller(s) for your BARCO Display System.

Before you begin make sure that all of your BARCO E-2320 C Display(s) are connected to the appropriate display controller(s) in your system.

Installing drivers and software in Windows

This chapter is divided into two sections. The first section describes the process for installing the drivers and software for the BARCO MXRT family of controllers. The second section describes the process for installing the drivers and software for the BARCOMED CORONIS family of controllers.

Installing the BARCO MXRT drivers and software

Note: The installation dialog will display in English if your operating system’s language is not supported.

This process applies to the following versions of Windows:

Windows 2000 Professional,

Windows XP Professional,

Windows Professional x64 Edition,

Windows Server 2003, and
