Listening to recorded messages

Call your unit from a remote touch tone telephone.

Enter the remote operation ID during TAD/FAX greeting playback.

When there are new messages

The voice guide will tell you the number of new messages and they will be played automatically.

Voice guide example:

3 new messages.

To repeat a message:

Press 1.

If you press 1within 5 seconds of the beginning of a message, the previous message will be played.

To skip a message: Press 2.

To repeat only the new messages: Press 4.

To listen to all the messages: Press 5.

When there are no new messages

No new messages.

Press 5or wait for 4 seconds to listen to all the messages.

When voice memory is full

Sorry, no more memory. Please erase unnecessary messages.

Erase some or all of the messages (p. 55).

Answering Device Remote Operation

1.Call your unit.

2.Enter the remote operation

ID during the greeting message.

The new messages will be played automatically.

If there are no new messages, wait for 4 seconds. All the messages will be played back.

3.Press the remote command key(s) within 10 seconds.
