Resending a Document in Memory

You can resend documents that are stored in memory. The machine stores faxes that are received but not printed because paper or toner has run out, a paper jam has occurred, or documents have not been transmitted due to a transmission error.

You can send such faxes to another fax machine to be printed.

1Press Function → Memory Reference.

2Use 4 (–)or e (+) to select 3.RESEND DOCUMENT → press OK.

MEMORY REFERENCE	→	RESEND	DOCUMENT
3.RESEND DOCUMENT		TX/RX	NO.	0051
	Ex:

3Use 4 (–)or e (+) to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to send again → press OK.

	RESEND	DOCUMENT		→	TEL=
Ex:	TX/RX	NO.	0053

4Enter the fax number.

•For dialling methods → p. 4-3.

•You need to press OK after you enter the fax number using the numeric keys.

5Press OK.

•The machine begins sending.
