Deleting a Document from Memory

1Press Function → Memory Reference.

2Use 4 (–)or e (+) to select 4.DELETE DOCUMENT → press OK.

4.DELETE DOCUMENT		TX/RX	NO.	0001
	Ex:

3Use 4 (–)or e (+) to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to delete.

	DELETE	DOCUMENT
Ex:	TX/RX	NO.	0004

• You can also enter the transaction number using the numeric keys.

4Press OK.

OK	TO	DELETE?
<	YES	NO >

• The machine asks you to confirm that you want to delete the document.

5Press 4 (–)to delete the document.

•The machine deletes the document.

•If you change your mind and want to keep the document in memory, press e (+) for NO.

•To continue deleting other documents in memory → repeat the procedures from step 3.

6Press Stop/Reset to return to standby display.
