This section gives guidelines to change or set various configuration parameters for the 82357A, including:

Changing Configuration Parameters

To change the VISA or SICL Interface ID or the LU or GPIB Address value, or if you want to check the values, highlight the USB/GPIB interface in the explorer view (tree view) of the Connection Expert window. Click the Change Properties... button in the property pane to display the Agilent 82357 Interface Converter dialog box. Choose the settings you want and then click OK. Clicking Cancel will cause the configuration set in the preceding dialog box to be used..

NOTE

Although you can change the Logical Unit (LU) and GPIB Address values for an 82357A, this is generally not necessary and may cause running applications to fail or to stop running.
