Appendix E. RFC1483 Quick Start (IP Routing)

The Total Access 600 allows for complete integration of voice and data delivery from one compact platform (see Fig- ure 21). Once you have completed the voice turn up procedure from the previous example, adding data to the circuit requires some additional setup.

To configure a Total Access 600 for IP routing, you need to know the VPI and VCI values for the data circuit on your network. You also need the IP address of the next hop router in the circuit.

The table on the next page shows how to configure the Total Access 600 for IP Routing.
