Create, modify, or delete a Form

Delivery Reports This section describes how to configure the Delivery Reports option. This option provides:

Voice message, fax, and e-mail delivery reports

Confirmation that a message is accepted or received by the system

When a message is sent to a recipient

When a message is delivered

Whether delivery is successful or in-progress

To configure delivery reports:

1From the Main menu, press [9].

2From the Setup Options menu, press [7].

3To review your current delivery report configuration, press [1].

The voice prompt lists your current personal default and system default settings for the Delivery Reports.

4To customize your delivery report configuration, press [2] and follow the prompts.

Multiuser Mailbox This feature enables you to access a main mailbox and up to 999 sub-mailboxes by using the same number. The features of the Multiuser Mailbox are:

Send messages to other mailboxes in the same mailbox by entering the sub-mailbox number as the send destination

Include sub-mailboxes as destinations in the distribution lists

Forward messages automatically from the main mailbox to each active sub-mailbox with the Auto-forward function

To setup a Multiuser Mailbox:

1From the Main menu, press [9].

2From the Setup options menu, press [8].

3Follow the prompts to:
