>>>COM port
•The COM port is an RS232 serial port used mainly for connecting a PC or an alarm panel to the unit.
•Most parameters are fixed. Select the appropriate baud rate.
>>>ATM/POS setup (requires bridge and license)
•The list of all ATM/POS bridges connected to the unit shows the IP address and the connection status.
•Use the arrow keys to move to a bridge and select it to open a terminal configuration menu for that bridge.
Terminal Setup
•Edit the IP address of the selected bridge if required.
•The names of all terminals connected to the bridge are shown with their associated camera. Only data from terminals with an assigned camera is stored.
•Use the arrow keys to move to a terminal and select it to open a list of available cameras. Select a camera to assign it to the terminal. A camera cannot be assigned to two terminals. A terminal can only have a single camera assigned to it.
•Press F1 to remove all camera assignments.

•The contacts of the input and output relays default to normally
•open (N/O).
•Place a check mark in the box under a specific relay to set its contacts to normally closed (N/C).

PROFILES >
Six different profiles can be stored. These profiles can be activated by an input switch or by a date or time. The profiles contain configuration settings for recording data, handling events and restricting access. You can define a calendar that automatically selects profiles. These profiles can be configured for day, night, weekend or holidays for example.

•The use of profiles is defined in a calendar that covers one week. This calendar is then repeated for subsequent weeks.
•A profile is specified at intervals of 15 minutes for each day of the week.
•You can program exception days to change profiles for special days and holidays.
