Standard mit Automatic SCAN (Automatik-Abtasten). Mit dieser Einstellung kann die Entfernung der meisten Ziele bis zu 1.463 m erfasst werden. Sie wird für mäßig reflektierende Ziele benutzt, wie sie für die meisten Entfernungsmessungen typisch sind. Die Mindestentfernung im Standardmodus beträgt 2,80 m. Für die Benutzung des Automatic Scan Merkmals einfach den Aktivierungsknopf ca. 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten und mit dem Entfernungsmesser Objekt für Objekt abtasten, während der Aktivierungsknopf gedrückt bleibt. Beim Anpeilen mehrerer Objekte sorgt Automatic SCAN für die kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Entfernung und der Anzeige.

Vergrößerung und Vergütungen

Der PINSEEKER® 1500 hat ein leistungsfähiges Sucherobjektiv mit 7 facher Vergrößerung für die Betrachtung des Ziels. Die Optiken sind vollständig mehrfach vergütet und sichern maximale Lichtübertragung für optimale Helligkeit, hervorragende Bildauflösung und Kontrast für ein klares, lebhaftes Bild sogar bei schwachen Lichtverhältnissen, wie bei Abend- und Morgendämmerung. Eine Flüssigkristall-Anzeige (LCD) ist in das optische System eingebaut und zeigt, wenn sie aktiviert wird, ein Fadenkreuz für die Zielverfolgung, Yard / Meter und Modus- Anzeiger an. Beim Fertigungsprozess entstehen kleine, schwarze Punkte die im optischen System erscheinen. Dies sind natürliche Merkmale des LCD Displays und können beim Fertigungsprozess nicht ganz ausgeschlossen werden. Sie beeinträchtigen die Entfernungsmeßleistung des Geräts nicht.

RainGuard Vergütung

Die äußeren Oberflächen des Objektivs und der Okularlinsen sind mit RainGuard® HD vergütet. RainGuard® HD ist eine patentierte, hydrophobe (wasserabweisende) Linsenvergütung von Bushnell, die das Beschlagen verhindert, indem dafür gesorgt wird, dass die Kondenswasserbildung bei Regen, Schneeregen, Schnee und sogar des Atems des Benutzers kleinere Tröpfchen bildet, als bei Standardvergütungen. Kleinere, gleichmäßige Tröpfchen streuen weniger Licht, was zu einer klareren und helleren Sicht führt.
