1Press [M.IN] to enter Memory Scroll mode.
•The memory channel that was last selected appears.
2Turn the MULTI/CH control, or press Mic [UP] or [DWN] to step through the memory channels.

■Temporary Frequency Changes
After retrieving frequencies and associated data in Memory Recall mode, you can temporarily change the data without overwriting the contents of the memory channel.
1Access Menu No. 08 and select ON.
•Skip this step when changing only the associated data.
2Recall a memory channel.
3Change the frequencies and associated data.
•Use only the Tuning control to select a frequency.
4If necessary for future use, store the changed data in another memory channel. Refer to “Channel ➡ Channel Transfer” {page 42}.
Note: Memory channel data can also be changed while using the
■Memory-VFO Split Operation
Under “SPECIALIZED COMMUNICATING” {page 23}, you learned
•RX: Memory channel
TX: VFO A or VFO B
•RX: VFO A or VFO B
TX: Memory channel
To use a memory channel for receiving:
1Press [A/B] to select the VFO that you will use for transmitting.
•“tA” or “tB” appears to show which VFO is selected.
2Select the frequency for transmitting.
3Recall a memory channel.
4Press [SPLIT] to start
•If you selected VFO B in step 1, press [SPLIT] once again.
5Press [M/V] to quit
To use a memory channel for transmitting:
1Recall a memory channel.
2Press [M/V].
3Press [A/B] to select the VFO that you will use for receiving.
4Select the frequency for receiving.
5Press [SPLIT] to start
6Press [SPLIT] again to use the memory channel that you recalled in step 1.
