•Keep the metal contacts on the phone and battery clean.
•Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the phone. Wipe it with a soft cloth. (Avoid using a cloth which is too dry because it may generate static electricity.)
•Use only Sanyo approved accessories and batteries. To prevent fire or damage to the phone, do not connect incompat- ible products.
•If a home telephone, TV, or radio is turned ON, keep the phone away from it.
•Have your phone serviced only by authorised personnel.
Solving Problems
•If a problem occurs, you should turn OFF the phone, remove the battery and then contact your nearest qualified repair shop.
•You should also contact a repair shop promptly if the phone is dropped or damaged.
•To prevent the risk of fire or injury, never attempt to repair the equip- ment yourself.
Battery Safety Precautions
The S750i uses a lithium ion battery. To avoid any risk or danger, you should observe the following precau- tions.
•Use only Sanyo approved batteries, AC adaptors and accessories recommended for use with this specific model. Using other batteries or AC adaptors may cause damage and invalidate your warranty.
•Batteries should be recycled or disposed of correctly. They should not be disposed of in municipal waste.
•Do not dispose batteries in a fire.
•Do not charge or leave the batteries in areas subject to high tempera- tures (near a fire, heater etc.).

•Do not attempt to disassemble the battery.
Battery Depletion Note:
If the phone is not going to be used for an extended length of time, remove the battery and store it in a dry place. You may have to recharge the battery if it has not been used for a long period of time.
When the battery is running out of power, a warning sign is shown and a tone may be heard.
Leaving the battery in hot or cold places, such as in a closed or open car in the heat of summer or the cold of winter will reduce the capacity and life of the battery.
The battery should be stored at a temperature of between 5°C and 35°C.
