Setting your own security code

The phone’s security code is essential to protect your phone from unauthorised use or to avoid acciden- tal operation. At the time of purchase the security code is set to “9999”. We strongly advise you to change the initial security code to one of your own choosing to keep your private data secure in case the phone is lost or stolen. Keep your new security code private and if you make a note of it, store that in a safe place separate from your phone.
