CONSOLE INSTRUCTIONS – RANDOM PROGRAM

1Random Program Instruction:

a. RANDOM button: Press RANDOM icon button to enter RANDOM PROGRAM.

NOTE for RANDOM Program:

Under RANDOM Program, the console will randomly create workout profiles for the user. The RANDOM Program has more than a hundred of types of random workout profiles.

Use ▲(+) or ▼(-)button to select the amount of TIME.

NOTE for TIME:

Count Up: If a target time was not selected, TIME will count up

 

from 0:00 to maximum 99:59 minutes.

Count Down: If a target time is set, (1:00 TO 99:00; 1 MINUTE

 

INCREMENTS), the console will count down from that selected

c.Press ENTER button to confirm the TIME.

d.Use ▲(+) or ▼(-)button to select the amount of DISTANCE.

 

NOTE for DISTANCE:

Count Down: If a target distance is set (0 TO 99.50; 0.50 MILE

 

INCREMENT), the console will count down from the selected

 

target distance to 0.
