“1” Random Program Instruction:
a. RANDOM button: Press RANDOM icon button to enter RANDOM PROGRAM.
NOTE for RANDOM Program:
Under RANDOM Program, the console will randomly create workout profiles for the user. The RANDOM Program has more than a hundred of types of random workout profiles.

| Count Down: If a target time is set, (1:00 TO 99:00; 1 MINUTE |

| target distance to 0. |
