COMPUTER OPERATION

Press ENTER to confirm the USER. The Male/Female figure will begin blinking on LCD 2. Press INCLINE UP/DOWN to select MALE or FEMALE then press ENTER:

LCD 2 will display a blinking default age of 20. Press INCLINE UP/DOWN to set your age then press ENTER to move onto the user height set up.

LCD 2 will display a blinking 63 inches as the default setting. Press INCLINE UP/DOWN to set your height then press ENTER to move on to user weight set up.

LCD 2 will display a blinking 132lbs as the weight default setting. Press INCLINE UP/DOWN to set your weight then press

ENTER.
