SMOOTH 7.1HR POWER FOLDING TREADMILL

COMPUTER OPERATION

LCD 1 will display a blinking 130 as the safety heart rate default setting. Press INCLINE UP/DOWN to adjust your safety heart rate based on your personal condition and doctor recommendation. Press ENTER to complete the set up then press START to proceed. Please make sure to consult with your doctor to get your proper safety heart rate before starting this program.

P1: QUICK START

From the default setting on the SELECTING MODE, the Speed window shows P1. Press the START button. LCD 2 will countdown 3-2-1 then start.

START:

The starting speed is 0.5mph and the incline level is at 1%. Press the SPEED UP and DOWN to adjust the speed and press the INCLINE UP and DOWN to adjust the incline level.
