•Assemble one 3-1/2” PULLEY (79) around the LEG EXT. CABLE (90) and to the upper FLOATING PULLEY BRACKET (22) using one 3/8 X 1-3/4” BOLT (36) and one 3/8” LOCKNUT (48) as shown in FIGURE 31.
