Suunto Training Manager gives you a comprehensive overview of your training progress.

To open the training overview:

1.Select a time period in the Calendar view.

2.Press the Training Effect button in the Graph window.

The Graph window displays the lengths of your individual training sessions and their EPOC values correlated to the training effect level.

This format gives you the following training information:

Variation: Does the training include sessions at different EPOC levels and with different lengths.

Rest: Do you rest after hard training sessions or periods of intensive training to let your body recover.

Overtraining: Are you training at the right level for you to avoid overtraining, i.e. your sessions do not all graph in the higher EPOC levels.

For more information on how to build up a training program, refer to the instructions in the training guidebook on the Suunto t6 CD-ROM.
