Fitness Test Scores

When you finish the Fitness Test, the program stops the running belt and returns the incline to a 0% grade. No automatic cool-down period is provided after the test. A fitness score appears on the display as part of the workout summary.

This test provides a means of comparing your fitness level with the official fitness test of the IAFF. It is written using the Gerkin Protocol, which is the basis for the official IAFF fitness test and part of their Wellness and Fitness Initiative.
