String with washer.

Tie a string to a washer (D) and feed the washer through the

lower side bracket hole in the right upright support. As the

washer falls to the floor, leave the upper end of the string

hanging out the side bracket hole. Remove the washer from the

other end of the string.

Remove any tape or wire ties that secure the display cable.

Unwrap the cable and remove the kinks.

Ask your assistant to hold the display console above the

upright supports while you feed the cable through the right

upright support. Make sure the cable connector rests on the

floor at the base of the upright support.

Lower the display console, align, and secure it to the upright

supports using six buttonhead screws (C) and six washers (D).

Finger tighten.

Important: Do not wrench tighten the screws until the unit

has been fully assembled. Make sure the fasteners do not

pinch the cable. Cables damaged by improper installation will

not be covered by the Precor Limited Warranty.

Tie the string to the cable connector. Pull the cable through the

side bracket hole in the base frame. Remove the string and

then, connect the cable to its receptacle.

Note: An audible click is heard when the cable is properly

attached. Place excess cable inside the upright support.
