Keypad

Use the keypad to enter your workout session selections. Keys on the keypad respond to the slightest touch. Use gentle pressure on the keys as you exercise.

Note: During the setup phase, pressing the RESISTANCE arrow keys will not affect the resistance. However, the arrow keys do affect what appears on the display. Refer to Selecting a Program.

SELECT

PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼: You can use the PROGRAM CHANGE ▲▼ keys to switch to a different program during an exercise session. Tap a PROGRAM CHANGE arrow key to view the current program. Press a PROGRAM CHANGE arrow key for a few seconds to select a new program and the profile changes accordingly. For more information, refer to Changing the Program during an Exercise Session.

Important: You cannot make a mid-session change to or from the Weight Loss Program using the PROGRAM CHANGE arrow keys.

RESET: During your exercise session or from pause mode, press the RESET key to display a WORKOUT SUMMARY. Press RESET again to return to the Precor banner.

Important: The optional power adapter must be connected before you can pause your exercise session for more than 30 seconds.

QUICKSTART: Press QUICKSTART to bypass the setup prompts and start your workout immediately using the Manual Program. Refer to Choosing QUICKSTART.

SELECT: The SELECT key has two functions:

To select a program

To change features displayed during your exercise session. Refer to Changing the Display Features Using the SELECT Key.

RESISTANCE ▼▲: Press and hold the RESISTANCE arrow keys to increase or decrease the resistance you feel against the pedals. The RESISTANCE ▼▲ keys affect the brake and let you set a resistance between 1 and 25.
