Ending a Workout
CAUTION: On the C842i upright cycle, hold on to a stationary handrail when you dismount.
1.Slow your pedaling speed (RPM) when you complete the cool- down period.
2.To view your workout summary, continue pedaling above 20 RPM.
The WORKOUT SUMMARY appears and shows your cumulative workout statistics including

3.End your workout by pressing the RESET key and return to the Precor banner.
