Ending a Workout

CAUTION: On the C842i upright cycle, hold on to a stationary handrail when you dismount.

1.Slow your pedaling speed (RPM) when you complete the cool- down period.

2.To view your workout summary, continue pedaling above 20 RPM.

The WORKOUT SUMMARY appears and shows your cumulative workout statistics including warm-up and cool-down periods. Other information including RPM, calories per minute, and watts reset to zero. You can review your workout statistics as long as you continue pedaling.

Note: A heart rate analysis appears if you wear the chest strap during your workout. For more information, refer to Heart Rate Analysis.

3.End your workout by pressing the RESET key and return to the Precor banner.

Note: If the optional power adapter is attached, you do not have to continue pedaling to view your workout statistics. When you complete the cool-down period, the WORKOUT SUMMARY appears. Press RESET to return to the Precor banner.
