Workout Options

CAUTION: Before beginning any fitness program, see your physician for a complete physical examination. Know your physician-recommended heart rate target zone.

1.Turn the unit ON. The Precor banner scrolls across the display.

2.Remove the locking pin that secures the roller arm and store it underneath the ramp.

3.Hold on to the stationary handrail and step on the foot pedals.

4.When you are comfortably situated, begin pedaling.

5.Select one of the following options: Option 1: Press QUICKSTART

Choose this option to start your workout immediately. Refer to Choosing QUICKSTART.

Option 2: Press SELECT

Choose this option for a more customized approach. The display walks you through the preferences for a program, workout time, weight, and age. Preferences retained from the previous workout appear. You have the option to change or accept them. Refer to Selecting a Program.
