FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effec- tive and enjoyable.

When the manual mode of the console is selected, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display instant exercise feedback. You can even mea- sure your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor or the chest pulse sensor.

In addition, the console offers sixteen preset work- outs—eight quick calorie burn workouts and eight quick timed workouts. Each workout automatically con- trols the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session.

The console also features the iFit interactive workout system. The iFit system accepts iFit cards with work- outs that help you achieve specific fitness goals. For example, lose unwanted pounds with the 8-week

Weight Loss workout. iFit workouts automatically con- trol the treadmill. To purchase iFit cards at any time, go to www.iFit.com or call the telephone number on the front cover of this manual. iFit cards are also available at select stores.

You can even listen to your favorite workout music or audio books with the consoleʼs premium stereo sound system while you get in shape.

To turn on the power, see page 18. To use the man- ual mode, see page 18. To use a preset workout, see page 21. To use an iFit workout, see page 22. To use the information mode, see page 23. To use the stereo sound system, see page 23.
