DIODE = value - For every reading where value is the diode voltage in mV

FREQUENCY = value - For every reading

Where: ‘value’ is the sensor frequency measured in Hz

*Modes 4 and 5 are cancelled by any other command.

5.4Cleaning

Clean the external case of the instrument with a damp lint-free cloth and mild detergent. Make sure that there is no debris in the pressure port.
