ANSWERING AN INTERCOM CALL

Answering an Intercom Call with the Handset

1.Lift the handset. You will know you are receiving an intercom call because the [ICM] LED flashes, and you will hear the distinct ICM ring (a double ring).

2.Your phone will automatically connect the intercom call, so you are free to begin your conversa- tion.

Answering an Intercom Call with the Headset

1.Press the flashing [ICM] key or press the [SPKR] key to receive your intercom call.

2.You will know you are receiving an intercom call because the [ICM] LED flashes, and you will hear the distinct ICM ring (a double ring).

3.Begin your conversation.

Answering an Intercom Call with the Speakerphone

1.Press the [SPKR] key.

2.Begin the conversation.

NOTE: If your telephone is set on DND when you receive an intercom call, even though you will not hear a ring you still have the option of answering the call by pressing the [ICM] or [SPKR] key.
