HOLD

You can use the HOLD button to interrupt a phone conversation without hanging up.

1.Press HOLD to place the active line on hold.

2.Press the LINE button for that call to resume the conversation.

CONFERENCE

You can use the conference call feature when you have callers on both lines and want to have a three-way conversation.

1.Press HOLD to place the party on hold.

2.Press the other LINE button.

3.Dial the number of the second party.

4.Press the CONF button. The CONF/ MUTE/BAT LOW indicator flashes. You can now talk to both parties.

5.When finished, pressTALK or place the handset in the base to hang up.

NOTE: If at any time you want to disconnect a party, press the line button for the party you want to continue talking to. The other line is then disconnected.
