Activate the Phone Lock

The telephone can be protected for unauthorized use. If this function is set to On it locks automatically a short time after the last keystroke and a PIN code has to be entered at power on. When it is set to On in charger it locks when switched off or placed in a charger. The default phone lock code (0000) can be changed to any 4 -8 digit personalized code.

Note:

If the PIN code is forgotten it can be removed by your administrator.

1.Select Locks.

2.Select Phone lock.

3.Select Auto phone lock.

4.Select On, or On in charger.

5.Enter PIN code

6.Press Soft key OK.

Deactivate the Phone Lock

1.Select Locks.

2.Select Phone lock.

3.Select Auto phone lock.

4.Select Off.

5.Enter PIN code

6.Press Soft key OK.

Change PIN Code

1.Select Locks.

2.Select Phone lock.

3.Select Change PIN code.

4.Enter the old PIN code.

5.Press Soft key OK.

6.Enter the new PIN code.

7.Scroll down with to Confirm PIN code.

8.Enter the new PIN code again.

9.Press Save.
