Using Mailboxes

If there are messages waiting for you, you will hear a special dial tone (continuous buzzing) when you lift the handset.

Lift the handset.

Enter the code.

Press the illuminated key.

This connects you to the sender of the message or the mailbox system.

Using Timed Reminders

Precondition: You must have saved a timed reminder

Æpage 32. The current time is the time stored.

Your telephone rings.

Lift the handset and replace it again.

If you fail to answer the timed reminder, it re- peats five times and is then erased.

Using the Speakerphone

Acolleague addresses you directly over the speaker with a speaker call. You hear a tone before the an- nouncement.

You can respond with the handset or in speakerphone mode.

Lift the handset and answer the call.
