To set an appointment call

You can tell your handset to remind you of one appointment at a specific date and time.

If am or pm is displayed you are using the 12 hour clock.

Menu Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation button until the display shows Calendar/Clock.

Save Press the Save options button to save your settings.

Press the RED PHONE button until you reach the idle display.

Note

Your alarm call will only ring if you are not using the handset at the time. The call rings for about 30 seconds.

Press the OK options button.

Display shows Set Appoints.

Press the OK options button.

Press the LEFT or RIGHT navigation button to select Off or On.

Press the DOWN navigation button to move to the next line.

Enter the day/month of your appointment, e.g. 05 02 for 5th February.

Press the DOWN navigation button to move to the next line.

Enter the hour/minute of your appointment, e.g. 0905 for 9:05am.

Press the DOWN navigation button. You can now choose the ringer melody for your alarm call.

Press the LEFT or RIGHT navigation button to hear the melody.

To display/delete a missed appointment/anniversary

If you miss an appointment or an anniversary call, details are saved and the display shows Appt.

Appt Press the Appt options button. Display shows the list.

Press the UP/DOWN navigation button to display Missed Appointment.

OK Press the OK options button.

Menu Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation button until the display shows Calendar/Clock.

OK Press the OK options button.

Press the DOWN navigation button until the display shows Missed Dates.
