To use Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk mode must be switched on for at least two handsets.

Call a handset:

Call Press the Call options button. The called handset receives a Walk and Talk message on the display.

Answer a call:

Press the GREEN PHONE button to take the call.

Room monitor

You can use a handset as a room monitor. If a certain noise level is reached, the handset will automatically dial an internal or external number which you have set.

Note

To use the room monitor:

The answering machine must be switched off.

Make sure that the call bar has not been set.

The battery power is used more quickly.

Any incoming calls on the handset which is being used as the room monitor will not ring at the handset. The keypad and display are not backlit.

To store the internal number for your room monitor

Menu Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation button until the display shows Additional Features.

OK Press the OK options button.

Press the DOWN navigation button until the display shows Room Monitor.

OK Press the OK options button.

Press the LEFT or RIGHT navigation button to select On or Off.

Press the DOWN navigation button to move the cursor to the next line.

Change Press the Change options button to enter the number.

If an external number has already been entered, your can delete it by pressing the DELETE button.

If an internal number has been entered, delete it by pressing the Yes options button.

Enter the internal number you want the room monitor to call.

Or

Press the LEFT navigation button to display handset numbers.
