This is a useful timesaving feature to delete all messages, once you have listened to them, and avoids having to delete each one individually during playback.

Memos
A personal memo can be recorded on your Synergy 700 and left as a message for another user. Memos can be of any length, up to the maximum recording capacity (13 minutes), but you should try to keep them short to allow time for recording incoming messages.
Note
You cannot record a memo using the base unit.
