Base

Skip backward

Lets you skip backwards through your messages and memos, see page 40.

Also allows you to switch the audible message alert on or off, see page 33.

Allows you to select your Answer and Record outgoing message, see page 36.

Answer on/off

Switches the answering machine on and off, see page 32.

Also allows you to select your outgoing message, see page 36.

Page button

Press to page the handset, see page 20.

Delete

Deletes recorded messages and memos, see page 40.

Charging light

Comes on to indicate charging when the handset is on the base.

Del

Message display LED

Indicates when the answering machine is on or off and when the power is on plus how many messages have been left. See page 31.

Stop

To stop message playback, see page 39.

Power/In Use light

Flashes when the handset is in use.

Skip forward

Lets you skip forward through your messages and memos, see page 40.

Also allows you to set the answer delay, see page 33.

Allows you to select your Answer Only outgoing message, see page 36.

Play

Lets you play and pause your messages, see page 39.

Volume

Adjust the loudspeaker volume, see page 32.
