Find

Press to ring all registered handsets, helpful for finding a missing handset, page 16.

Battery charging light (red)

On=handset charging on base.

Option buttons

Press to select the option displayed on the screen.

MENU NAMES

If no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds, the handset returns to standby automatically.

SIM Card slot

See page 20.

Power / In use light (green)

On=power on.

Flashes=base in use.

Navigating the menus

Your BT Synergy 5100 has an easy to use menu system.

Each menu has a list of options, which you can see on the menu map on the following page.

When the handset is switched on and in standby:

1.Press Menu to open the main menu.

2.Then use or buttons to scroll through the available options.

3.Press the Select option button to select a menu option or the Back option button to go back to the previous screen.

To return to the previous menu level, press Back.

To exit the menu and return to standby press .
