Answering system operation

Delete your announcement

1.Press ANNC when the phone is not in use and the system will announce “Announcement, press PLAY or press RECORD.”

2.Press DELETE and the system will announce “Announcement deleted.”

Message playback

1.Press /PLAY/STOP to listen to messages.

2.Press /PLAY/STOP again to stop playback.

If you have new messages waiting, you will hear only the new message (oldest first). If there are no new messages, the system will play back all messages (oldest first).

When playback begins, the total number of messages is announced, followed by the day and time of the first message to be played.

New message indication

The message display counter will flash when there are new answering system messages.

If the new message alert tone is turned on, the telephone base will beep every ten seconds when there are unreviewed messages.

Options during playback

Press VOL+/VOL- to adjust the speaker volume.

Press /SKIP to skip to the next message.

Press /REPEAT to repeat the message currently playing. Press twice to listen to the previous message.

Press DELETE to delete the current message. The system will advance to the next message.

When your announcement is deleted, calls will be answered with the preset announcement.

If the system has less than five minutes of recording time left, the remaining time will be announced.

If F is flashing in the message window, the memory is full. You will have to delete some messages before new ones can be recorded.
