The following picture shows the Reasons option screen with an example list of reasons for rejecting a call.

Changing the order of the list of reasons

1Click on a reason in the Selected Items field.

2Click Up or Down to change the order of that item in the list.

Tip: The reasons are displayed on your i2004 Internet Telephone in the order they appear in the items list.

aTo remove a reject reason from the list, highlight the entry in the Selected Items list.

bClick Remove, or, click Remove All to remove all the reasons.

3To submit your changes, click Submit Reasons.
