To have the Callers List show local numbers without the area code and internal num- bers as extensions, see Entering area codes on page 26.

To dial back a long distance number in the Callers List:

1.Press A.

2.Select a Line key. Use Vor Wto Þnd the item you want to edit.

3.Using the dial pad, press and the area code if necessary.

4.To dial the edited number, lift the handset or press either P, Dor

Y.

5.If you want to save the number to the directory, press K.

Saving Callers List numbers to the Directory or a Memory key

To copy a number from the Callers List to the Directory or to a memory key:

1.Press A.

2.Press Y.

3.Find the item you want to copy.

4.Press K.

5.Press Jor the memory key where you want to store the number.

6.If no name is displayed, you are prompted to enter one. To enter a name, use the dial pad. (See Entering Names on page 16.) If you don’t want a name, go to step 7.

7.Press K.

8.To leave the Callers List at any time, press Aor N.

Callers List

Deleting from the Callers List

To delete a number in the Callers List:

1.Press A.

2.Find the item you want to delete.

3.Press Ltwice.

You are still in the Callers List.

4.To leave the Callers List at any time, press Aor N.

To delete all numbers in the Callers List:

1.Press A.

2.Press Y.

3.Press Ltwice while the Callers header is showing to delete the entire list.
