Line and Call Icons
The line and call icon changes depending on the line status (for example, registered line or unregistered line) or call status (for example, dialing in progress or a call on hold).
Icon | Line or Call State | Description |

| Active call using | A call is in progress using Polycom HD Voice. The |
| Polycom® HD | active call icons merge into one icon on the phone |

| Active call not | A call is in progress that doesn’t use |

| Conference | A conference call is in progress. |

| Do Not Disturb | The Do Not Disturb feature is enabled on your |

| phone. Your phone will not ring. All calls will display |

| in the Missed Calls list. |
|
|
|
| Forwarding | A specific forwarding feature has been enabled on |
|
| your phone. All incoming calls will be forwarded to a |
|
| number you have specified. |
|
|
|
| Hold | A call or conference is on hold. |
|
|
|
| Registered line | The phone can place and receive calls. |
|
|
|
| Registered | The phone, which shares a directory number with |
| shared line | another phone, can place and receive calls. |
|
|
|
| Ringing | The phone is ringing. |
|
|
|
| Unregistered line | The phone is unable to place and receive calls. |
|
|
|
| Voice mail | You have a new voice mail message. |
