SETTINGS

CHECKING STATUS

The status menu can be used for troubleshooting. Only the administrator is able to change these settings. See “Installation and Administration of Konftel 300IP” for an explanation of the settings.

Account 1

To check account settings for SIP account 1.

Select MENU > STATUS > ACCOUNTS > ACCOUNT 1 (8,1,1).

This shows the status for:

-ACCOUNT NAME

-STATUS

-REGISTRAR

-SIP ID

-AUTH.NAME

-REALM

-PROXY

Account 2

To check account settings for SIP account 2.

Select MENU > STATUS > ACCOUNTS > ACCOUNT 2 (8,1,2).

Shows the same information as the menu option above.

Transfer protocol

To check which protocol is used to transmit data packages over the network.

Select MENU > STATUS > ACCOUNTS > TRANSPORT (8,1,3).

Current protocol is displayed.

Network

To check which protocol is used to transmit data packages over the network.

Select MENU > STATUS > NETWORK (8,2).

This shows the status for:

-DHCP

-IP ADDRESS

-HOSTNAME

-DOMAIN

-NETWORK

-GATEWAY

-DNS 1

-DNS 2

-VLAN
