1.Press under the word TAM to display the TAM main menu list.

2.Press up or down to scroll to TAM Settings and then press under the word Select.

3.Press up or down to select Record Time and then press under the word Select.

4.Press up or down to select the record time (60S,

120S, 180S or Unlimited) and then press under the word Select.

Voice Prompt Language

(announces answering machine functions)

The handset supports 3 predefined languages: English, French

&Spanish. You can change the language used to play the voice prompt messages. To change the language:

Using the Handset:

1.Press under the word TAM to display the TAM main menu list.

under the word Select.

4.The current language will be displayed. Press upor down to scroll through the language options. Press under the word Select to choose the desired language.

Answer Mode Selection

The answering machine offers 2 modes for operation. ANS & REC will answer and record, which is the conventional outgoing message that allows the caller to leave a message. Answer only will answer only, which is the outgoing message that does not allow a caller to leave a message (you may want to select Answer only if you do not want callers to be able to leave a message). To choose the Answer Mode, you must use the handset.
