Erasing the greeting message
Note:
L To adjust the speaker volume during playback, press {e} or {v} repeatedly.
L While listening to messages, you can switch between the receiver and speaker by pressing {C} or {s}.
Repeating/skipping/stopping/erasing a message during playback

Note:
L If you erase your own greeting message, the unit will play a prerecorded greeting message for callers.
Listening to messages
Messages are stored and played back chronologically, from oldest message to newest.
Listening to new/all messages
When you have new messages, r flashes.

Erasing the greeting message

1Press {INT}.

L The handset number will be displayed.

2Press {#}.

3After the beep, press {6}.

4Press {*}.

5Press {6}.

6Press {ih}.

press {1}. If pressed within the first 5 seconds of a message, the previous message will be played.

L To skip a message during playback, press {2}.

L To stop a message during playback, press {9}.

L To erase a message during playback, press {*}, then press {4}.

Erasing all messages

1Press {INT}.

L The handset number will be displayed.

2Press {#}.

3After the beep, press {*}.

4Press {5}.

5Press {ih}.

Note:

L The greeting message is not erased.

Recording a voice memo

To leave a private message for yourself or someone else, you can record a voice memo. This memo can be played back later, either directly or remotely.

1Press {INT}.

L The handset number will be displayed.

2Press {#}.

3After the beep, press {7}.

4Press {4}.

L Hold the handset about 20 cm away and speak clearly into the microphone.

5Press {9} to stop recording.

6Press {ih}.

Note:

L Voice memos are treated as new messages.
