The [REDIAL/PAUSE] button on the base unit functions as either redial or pause. It will redial the last number dialled if pressed before dialling any digits (p. 32). If another number has been dialled first, it will operate as a pause button (p. 58).

You cannot redial when the dial lock is turned on. To turn the mode off, see page 63.
