Using the smart function key

When is displayed and the smart function

indicator flashes slowly, there are new messages.

Press MSmart functionN in step 1 on “Listening to messages using the handset”, page 38.

RNew Messagemust be set to “On” in Top key setup (page 15).

Listening to messages from the message list

You can select the item to play back.

Note:

RIf the item has already been heard, “” is displayed, even if it was heard using another handset.

RMessageis displayed in the message list if the unit cannot receive caller information.
