6-6. Aligning Drive Rolls and Wire Guide

			Y Turn Off power.
			View is from top of drive rolls
			looking down with pressure
			assembly open.
	Correct	Incorrect	1	Drive Roll Securing Nut
3	4		2	Drive Roll
2			3	Wire Guide
1			4	Welding Wire
			5	Drive Gear
	5		Insert screwdriver, and turn screw
			in or out until drive roll groove lines
			up with wire guide.
			Close pressure roll assembly.

6-7. Removing Knob From Front Panel

			Y	Turn Off power.
			1	Front Panel
			2	Knob
			3	Slot
	4		4	Control Shaft
			Rotate knob to allow access to slot.
		1	Insert tip of screwdriver into slot,
			and while pushing on spring clip,
3			pull knob off control shaft.
			To reinstall, push knob fully onto
			control shaft.
