1)

Stop the operation of air-conditioner, and disconnect

Remove E-parts cover.

 

 

 

 

(1- ST1T ø4 x 10 )

 

 

 

3) Remove the cord clamp (2- ST2T ø4 x 12

) and

 

 

 

remove the connecting cable.

 

4)Remove the front cabinet. (7- ST1T ø4 x 10 with nylon washer)

Pull the front lower portion toward you, and remove it pulling out upward.

Capacitor for

1) Remove the fixing screw securing the capacitor

Remove the cable connected to the terminal.

1) Remove the fixing screw.

Overload relay

1) Perform the process above.

 

 

2) Remove terminal cover of compressor.

 

 

3)

Remove OL holder and pull OL relay up.

 

 

4)

Remove Fustons of leads.
