Press this sequence:

Menu, 4, 2

Group Speed Dial enables you to make a “distribution list” of up to 20 individual speed dial codes so you can fax them all at once.

Assigning a new group speed dial code:

For your first speed dial group:

The first unused speed dial code appears.

For all subsequent speed dial groups:

At the 1=New 2=Edit prompt, enter 1. The first unused speed dial code appears.

Press Enter. Add 1 of 20 appears.

Your first individual speed dial code appears. Press Enter if you want that number in your group, or press the right arrow to scroll to the number you want and press Enter.

To add another number to the group, press 1 and repeat the process in the previous paragraph. Or, press 2 to enter a name for the group. Press Enter.

To add another group, press 1, or press 2 to finish.

Editing an existing group speed dial code:

At the 1=New 2=Edit prompt, press 2, and your first group speed dial code appears. Press Enter to edit it or use the arrow keys to scroll to the group you want to edit and press Enter.

The first speed dial code in that group appears. For each number in the group, press 1 to delete it, or 2 to keep it.

Afterward, you’ll be asked if you want to add another number to the group. If No, press 2 to edit the group name, or press Enter to save it as is.

If Yes, press 1 and the first speed dial code appears. If you want to add it to the group, press Enter (or use the arrow keys to scroll to a number you want to add; press Enter to add it).

Delete Speed Dial

 

The first assigned speed dial code appears on the display. Press Enter

 

 

to delete it, or use the arrow keys to scroll to an entry you want to

 

delete; press Enter to delete it.

Print Speed Dial List prints a list of your speed dial codes and

 

(for T65 models) a template of one-touch codes to attach beside your

 

 

one-touch buttons.
